Participation Fees
A. €550 – GI/DMV member or FernUniversität student
B. €600 – Non-member participant
C. €550 – GI/DMV member + €270 for an accompanying person
D. €600 – Non-member participant + €270 for an accompanying person
Conference Policy
Accommodation & Age:
-Stay at Sabina Playa Hotel (March 22–27, 2026).
-Participants bringing children under 16 must arrange accommodation at a different hotel. Please contact us to assist with accommodation arrangements.
- Extra nights can be arranged upon request and will also appear on the invoice.
Meals & Beverages:
-Includes three meals daily with beverages (wine, beer, soft drinks only during meals).
-Coffee during breaks is not included.
Transportation:
-Airport transfers are at participants’ own expense.
Payment & Cancellation:
-Participation fees are non-refundable.
-Payment is due within 10 days of invoice.
-Please send proof of payment to gaml.workshop@gmail.com.
-Late or missing payments will result in cancellation of registration.
Excursion Day:
-Participants may relax or explore freely.
-The organiser may suggest places and assist with directions.
-Carpooling among participants is encouraged.
